| Baby Shower | This form is used to request a baby shower for an attender of our church |
| Boot Camp | Use this form to secure a spot in the upcoming boot camp. It is $20 and you can pay cash or write a check. If you write a check please make it out the the church. This class is a high intensity exercise class for men and women. |
| Prayer Request | This form is designed to help a person submit a prayer request to our church. |
| Relationship Resources | It is our privilege to provide for you free sermon and small group resources. We believe that the greatest relationship anyone can ever experience is with God. Therefore, it is our hope and desire to provide resources designed to help you experience Him. The material is designed for church use only and all other uses of this material is prohibited. Tim Crump, lead pastor of the Decatur First Church of the Nazarene is the creator of most of the sermons. |
| Tumbling | Ages 3-5 and all the way up to 5th grade. We encourage the parents to participate with their children for the 3-5 age class. In the other class, they will learn the basic moves to tumbling. |
